There’s been many a good t-shirt inspired by Joy Division’s iconic Unknown Pleasures LP cover over the years, but Peaceful Hooligan have absolutely nailed it here. Before we get into that did you know that the original artwork is a ‘stacked plot’ of the radio emissions given out by a pulsar (a rotating star)? No? neither did I, in fact I just looked it up to save you the trouble!
Anyway Peaceful Hooligan have taken this iconic image and blended it with their distinctive Dove motif, and don’t you just love it? The tee itself has been carefully crafted from 100% premium cotton and features a branded snap and tab detail on the neck along with a small logo to the right sleeve. This eye catching piece has been signed off with a tasteful branded tab on the seam.
A word of warning though, expect lots of admiring looks and stares should you decide to wear one of these t-shirts down the beer garden next month, especially from those toffee nosed musical anorak types! I’ve taken the liberty of writing you a little script, just in case someone stares at you a bit too much!
